Swan River Trust Act Amendment

Regulations 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council following consultation by the Minister under section 4(2)(c) and (d) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Swan River Trust Act
Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Swan River Trust Act 1988* is amended by deleting "Nos. 1 to 11" and inserting instead —

" Nos. 1 to 26 ".
