AN ACT to amend section two of the Swan River

Improvement Act, 1925.

[Assented to 5th October, 1939.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short tIlle.	1. This Act may be cited as the Swan River Improve- ment Act Amendment Act, 1939, and shall be read as one with the Swan River Improvement Act, 1925 (No. 45 of 1925), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.
Amendment
of S. 2.	2. Section two of the principal Act is amended as follows :-

(a) by inserting in paragraph (a) after the word "green" in line eight of the said paragraph the words "and as shown in the plan deposited in the Public Works Department and marked P.W.D., W.A., No. 29011, and therein coloured green";

(b) by inserting in paragraph (b) after the word "plan" in line three of the said paragraph the words "marked P.W.D., W.A., No. 23644, as aforesaid."
