No. 68 of 1950.

AN ACT relating to the Resubthvision of certain Lands in the Swan District, and to certain Rights, Roads and Reserves in that District, and for other purposes.

[Assented to 5th January, 1951.]

WHEREAS The State Housing Commission as " constituted under the State Housing Act, 1946- 1948, has acquired for the purposes of that Act certain lands in the Swan District being those lands shown on Office of Titles Plans Nos. 6044, 6057, 6085, 6092 and 6097 and Diagram No. 13920, and desires to effect a resubdivision of such lands in the manner shown on such Plans and Diagram, and to include in the resubdivision the lands described in the First Schedule to this Act; and whereas for the purposes of the resubdivision it is necessary or desirable that certain roads and rights-of-way as described in the Second Schedule to this Act should be closed and extinguished and that all the lands the subject of this Act, together with the rights to any mines of coal or other minerals under such lands should be revested in His Majesty as of his former estate: Be

it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as fol- lows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Swan Lands short title.

Reserve 7682, reserved for a Sanitary Depot, as are respectively described in the First Schedule to this Act, are hereby excised from such reserves and revested in His Majesty as of his former estate.

(c)

Reserve 7682.

All those portions of Reserve 7682 as are comprised in

Office of Titles Plans 6057 and 6092.
