Swan District Hospital (Eveline Road Site)

Amendment By-laws 2008

Made under section 22 by the Minister in his capacity as the board of
Swan Districts Hospital.

1.            Citation

344 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 12 February 2008

2.            Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows:

(a)	by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-laws — on the day after that day.

3.            The by-laws amended

The amendments in these by-laws are to the Swan District
Hospital (Eve line Road Site) By-laws 2005.

4.            By-law 6 replaced

By-law 6 is repealed and the following by-law is inserted instead -

6.            Smoking

A person must not smoke on the site.
Penalty: $50.

5.            By-law 17 amended

By-law 17 is amended in the definition of "modified penalty" by deleting "by-law 6(2) or".

6. By-law 18 amended
By-law 18(1) is amended by deleting "by-law 6(2),".

7.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by deleting the item for by-law 6(2).
