Swan and Canning Rivers Management

Amendment Regulations 2021

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

Management Regulations 2007.

These regulations are the Swan and Canning Rivers

Management Amendment Regulations 2021.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 section 7 comes into

operation.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Swan and Canning Rivers

4.          Regulation 9 amended

After regulation 9(2) insert:

(2A) In regulation 9(2)(i) —

local planning scheme includes the Swan Valley

Planning Scheme in force under the Swan Valley

Planning Act 2020.
