Dial-an-Angel (SA Employees) Enterprise Agreement 2009-2013.
[1] Further to my ex tempore decision on 18 January 2010, I note approval of this enterprise agreement was that day declined on the basis the employees did not relevantly have access to a copy of the agreement until after the start of the access period, contrary to the requirements of s180 of the Fair Work Act 2009. The proceedings are concluded accordingly.
