1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 700935, 9 Kingsway, Cronulla,
(b)	Lot 31, DP 11987, 13R Pinnacle Street, Miranda,
(c)	Lot 219, DP 259657, 34R–36R Caravan Head Road, Oyster Bay,
(d)	part of Lot 1, DP 234622, being part of 2R Alexander Avenue, Taren Point.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Part 1. Insert the following:

Cronulla	Lot 1, DP 700935, 9 Kingsway
Miranda	Lot 31, DP 11987, 13R Pinnacle Street
Oyster Bay	Lot 219, DP 259657, 34R–36R Caravan Head Road
Taren Point	Part of Lot 1, DP 234622, being part of 2R Alexander Avenue, identified as “Operational Land” on the Land Reclassification (Part Lots) Map

(2)	Dictionary
Insert in alphabetical order:

Land Reclassification (Part Lots) Map means the Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015
