1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 applies, including land identified on the Floor Space Ratio Map as “Area 9”, being 3–9 Abel Place and 9–23 Kingsway, Cronulla, “Area 10”, being 40–44 Kingsway, Cronulla and “Area 12”, being land at Sutherland Centre.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
