1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 10).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Sutherland:

(a)	part of Lot 11, DP 1103619, being part of 99R Acacia Road,
(b)	part of Lot 200, DP 1110295, being part of 42 Auburn Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Part 2. Insert the following:

Sutherland	Part of Lot 11, DP 1103619, being part	Easement to drain water
of 99R Acacia Road, identified as	(DP 1043269) as noted on
“Operational Land” on the Land	Certificate of Title Folio
