(Amendment No 3)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006

(Amendment No 3).

2      Aim of plan

The aim of this plan is to correct an obvious error in Sutherland Local

Environmental Plan 2006, namely a wrong cross-reference.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to the land to which Sutherland Local Environmental

Plan 2006 applies.

4 Amendment of Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006

Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006 is amended by omitting “39 (1)” from clause 8 (3) (e) and by inserting instead “39 (2)”.
