1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	1091A Old Princes Highway, Engadine, being Lot 102, DP 1166927,
(b)	533–541 Princes Highway, Kirrawee, being Lot 1, DP 1159151.

4 Amendment of Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006

(1) Clause 14 Exceptions to Zoning Table—specified development on specified land

Insert at the end of the Table to clause 14 (1) in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:

533–541 Princes	Hotel	The development must not result in a
Highway, Kirrawee	floor space ratio greater than 1:1.
