Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006

(Amendment No 2).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to reclassify the land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to:

(a)

Lots 47–49, DP 5709, 45–49 Croydon Street, Cronulla, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006 (Amendment No 2)” deposited in the office of Sutherland Shire Council, and

(b)

part of Lot 2, DP 786685, part of 99R Caldarra Road, Engadine, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 2 of that map.
