1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006

(Amendment No 13).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 121 Georges River Road, Jannali.

4 Amendment of Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006

Clause 14 Exceptions to Zoning Table—specified development on specified land

Insert at the end of the Table to clause 14 (1) in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
