1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006

(Amendment No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 19 and 21 Gerrale Street, Cronulla (being Part Lot 21, DP 4759 and SP 394, respectively), as shown edged heavy black and identified with a “9” and “3:1”, respectively, on the Building Heights and Floor Space Ratio panels of the map marked “Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2006—Height and Density Controls— Cronulla Centre (Amendment No 11)” deposited in the office of Sutherland Shire Council.
