Sustainable Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Sustainable Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009. 3 Amendment of s 5 (Guideline for making or amending planning scheme or planning scheme policy—Act, s 117(1)) (1) Section 5, ‘2/09’— omit, insert— ‘01/12’.
