s1 2 s3 Surveyors Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 89, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Surveyors Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Surveyors Regulation 2004. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Criteria for registration as an emeritus surveyor) Section 4(2) and (3)— omit, insert— ‘(2) If the individual is the cadastral surveyor responsible for the survey quality of a plan of survey that is not, but is intended to be, registered under the Land Act 1994 or Land Title Act 1994 or is required for a purpose under the Mineral Resources Act1989 , it is a further criterion that the individual has— (a) authorised another person to take action as mentioned in the SurveyandMappingInfrastructureAct2003 , section 32(1), for the plan of survey; and (b) given the board a copy of the authorisation.’.
