To amend the Surveyors Ordinance 1967.

1. Th i s Ord inance may be cited as the Surveyors (Amendment)

Ordinance 1976 .*

2 . Section 3 of the Surveyors	Ordinance	1967 is repealed.
3. After sect ion 13 of the Surveyors	Ordinance	1967f the following

section is inserted in Pa r t I I : —

" 1 3A . T h e Boa rd shall, as soon as pract icable after the end of each financial year, p repare and furnish to the Minis ter a repor t of the operat ions of the Board dur ing that year ." .
