Surveyors (General) Amendment

(Roll Fees) Regulation 1998

Surveyors Act 1929

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Surveyors Act 1929.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase from $250 to $275 the annual roll

fee for surveyors.

This Regulation is made under the Surveyors Act 1929, including section 23

(the general regulation-making power) and section 10.

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Surveyors (General) Amendment	Amendment(Roll
Fees) Regulation 1998.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 30 June 1998.

3 Notes

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.

4 Amendment of Surveyors (General) Regulation 1994

The Surveyors (General) Regulation 1994 is amended by omitting the matter “$250” from clause 30 and by inserting instead the matter “$275”.
