SURVEYORS ACT 1929—REGULATION

(Relating to the annual roll fee for registration as a surveyor)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Surveyors Act 1929, has been pleased to make

the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1st July, 1993.

Amendment

2. The Surveyors (General) Regulation 1982 is amended by omitting

from clause 36 the matter “$200” and by inserting instead the matter

“$220”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Surveyors (General) Regulation 1982 to increase the annual roll fee for registration as a surveyor from $200 to $220.

This Regulation is made under the Surveyors Act 1929, including section 10 (4).
