SURVEYORS ACT 1929—REGULATION

(Relating to annual roll fee)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Surveyors Act 1929, has been pleased to make

the Regulation set forth hereunder. (HO85A 154)

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1992.

Amendment

2. The Surveyors (General) Regulation 1982 is amended by omitting

from clause 36 the matter “$50” and by inserting instead the matter

“$100”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Surveyors (General) We 1982 so as to increase the annual roll fee for registration as a surveyor from $50 to $100. The roll fee was last increased in 1986.
