Surveying (Registration Fees) Regulations 2015

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the fees payable to the Board under the Surveying Act 2004.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 63 of the Surveying Act 2004.
3Revocation
The Surveying (Registration Fees) Amendment Regulations 2010[1] are revoked.
4Definition
In these Regulations, the Act means the Surveying Act 2004.
5Fees
The fees payable to the Board under the Act are the fees listed in Schedule 1.

The Surveying (Registration Fees) Regulations 2015, S.R. No. 15/2015 were made on 10 March 2015 by the Governor in Council under section 63 of the Surveying Act 2004, No. 47/2004 and came into operation on 10 March 2015.
The Surveying (Registration Fees) Regulations 2015 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 10 March 2025 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).

There are no amendments made to the Surveying (Registration Fees) Regulations 2015 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
