Regulation under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Surveying and Spatial Information Regulation 2017 to increase certain fees and deposits payable under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002. The fee for an extract from the register of surveyors has not been changed.

This Regulation is made under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002, including section 36 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Surveying and Spatial Information Amendment (Fees and
Deposits) Regulation 2018.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2018 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
