His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002.

Explanatory note
The objects of this Regulation are as follows:
| (a) | to prescribe fees relating to the joint registration of surveyors in both New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, |
| (b) | to increase certain fees and deposits payable under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002. |
The increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index. general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Surveying and Spatial Information Amendment (Fees and
Deposits) Regulation 2015.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2015 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
