His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees and deposits payable under the section 36 (the general regulation-making power).
Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002.

The increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Surveying and Spatial Information Amendment
(Fees and Deposits) Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
