Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees and deposits payable under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002. The increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.

This Regulation is made under the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002, including section 36 (the general regulation-making power) and, in particular, section 36 (2) (j).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Surveying and Spatial Information Amendment
(Fees and Deposits) Regulation 2010.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2010 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
