Surveying Amendment (Fees and

Deposits) Regulation 2009

His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Surveying Act 2002.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Surveying Regulation 2006 (the Principal Regulation) to increase certain fees and deposits payable under the Surveying Act 2002. The Principal Regulation will no longer provide for a fee for the supply of an evidentiary certificate.

This Regulation is made under the Surveying Act 2002, including section 36 (the general regulation-making power) and, in particular, section 36 (2) (j).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Surveying Amendment (Fees and Deposits)
Regulation 2009.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2009 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
