Survey and Mapping Infrastructure (Survey Standards) Notice 2021

1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure (Survey Standards) Notice 2021.

2   Commencement

This notice commences on 1 November 2021.

3   Notice of making of survey standards—Act, s 9

For section 9(1) of the Act, each standard set out in the document called ‘Cadastral survey requirements, version 8.0’ has been made as a survey standard.

4   Inspection of survey standards—Act, s 9

For section 9(3) of the Act, the survey standards mentioned in section 3, and the provisions of any document applied, adopted or incorporated by the standards, are available for inspection, without charge by the chief executive, on the department’s website at Survey and Mapping Infrastructure (Survey Standards) Notice 2015, SL No. 31 is repealed.
