Survey and Mapping Infrastructure (Survey Standards) Notice 2015

1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure (Survey Standards) Notice 2015.

2   Commencement

This notice commences on 1 July 2015.

3   Notice of making

The survey standards contained in the document called ‘Cadastral Survey Requirements, Version 7.0’ have been made by the chief executive under section 6 of the Act.

4   Public access to survey standards

A copy of the survey standards mentioned in section 3 and the provisions of any document applied, adopted or incorporated by the survey standards are available for inspection, without charge by the chief executive, at < of survey standards

The survey standards contained in the document called ‘Cadastral Survey Requirements, Version 6.0’ are repealed.

6   Repeal of notice

The Survey and Mapping Infrastructure (Survey Standards) Notice 2010, SL No. 199 is repealed.
