Surveillance Devices Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2020

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Surveillance Devices Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2020.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they
are published in the Gazette.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Surveillance Devices
Regulations 1999.

4.             Regulation 6 amended

In regulation 6(1)(e):

(a)	delete subparagraph (iia);
(b)	after subparagraph (iib) insert:

(iic)	High Risk Serious Offenders Act 2020
section 31(3);
