Surveillance Devices Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2020

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Regulations 1999.

1.       Citation

These regulations are the Surveillance Devices Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2020.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Surveillance Devices

4. Regulation 6 amended
In regulation 6(1)(e):

(a) in subparagraph (i) delete "50L(1)(a);" and insert:

50L(1)(a) or Schedule 1 Part D clause 3(4);

(b) in subparagraph (iii) delete "75(2)(b) or 84C(2)(b);" and
insert:

75(2)(b), 76A(2), 84C(2)(b) or 84CA(2);
