Surveillance Devices Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2016

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

Regulations 1999.

These regulations are the Surveillance Devices Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2016.

2.           Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Health Services Act 2016 section 234 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Surveillance Devices

4.            Regulation 6 amended

In regulation 6(4) in the definition of hospital delete "same meaning as in the Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927;" and insert:

meaning given in the Health Services Act 2016 section 8(4);
