Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Surveillance Devices Regulation 2014 to declare the Crimes
| of the definition of corresponding law in section 4 (1) of the Surveillance Devices Act 2007. | (Surveillance Devices) Act 2010 of the Australian Capital Territory as a corresponding law for the purposes general regulation-making power). |

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Surveillance Devices Amendment (Corresponding Law)
Regulation 2017.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Surveillance Devices Regulation 2014
Clause 3 Corresponding laws
Insert after clause 3 (d):
(e) the Crimes (Surveillance Devices) Act 2010 of the Australian Capital Territory.
