Surat Basin Rail (Infrastructure Development and Management) (Postponement) Regulation 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Surat Basin Rail (Infrastructure Development and Management) (Postponement) Regulation 2013 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 8 November 2014. (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the SuratBasinRail(InfrastructureDevelopmentandManagement) Act 2012 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 9 November 2014. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 10 November 2014.
