Regulations 1998

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase
the fees payable for certain things done by the

Sheriff.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 129 of the Supreme Court Act 1986.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 December 1998.

4. New Table of fees inserted

For regulation 5 of the Supreme Court (Sheriff's
Fees) Regulations 19961 substitute—

"5. Fees

The fees payable for work performed by the
Sheriff are as set out in the following

Table—

execution of every warrant or writ or other process (except for a warrant of possession, writ of possession or a
combined warrant)
1. (b)	For execution or attempted	$189.00
execution of every warrant of possession or writ of possession, for the first two attempts
1. (c)	For execution or attempted	$160.00
execution of every warrant of possession or writ of possession, after the first two attempts, for each 2 further attempts
1. (d)	For execution or attempted	$235.00
execution of every combined warrant
1. (e)	For every warrant of	$95.00
possession or combined warrant where execution is requested to be achieved solely by means of the Registrar of Titles or the Registrar-General recording an interest in land.
2.	Where a warrant, writ or other	$66.00
process for which a fee is payable under item 1 specifies more than one address at which execution is requested, for each additional address specified
