Regulations 1998

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase
the fees payable for certain things done by the

Sheriff.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 129 of the Supreme Court Act 1986.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 December 1998.

4. New Table of fees inserted

For regulation 5 of the Supreme Court (Sheriff's
Fees) Regulations 19961 substitute—

"5. Fees

The fees payable for work performed by the
Sheriff are as set out in the following

Table—

execution of every warrant of

attempts, for each 2 further
attempts

execution of every combined
warrant
1. (e) For every warrant of $95.00
possession or combined
warrant where execution is
requested to be achieved solely
by means of the Registrar of
Titles or the Registrar-General
recording an interest in land.
2. Where a warrant, writ or other $66.00
process for which a fee is
payable under item 1 specifies
more than one address at which
execution is requested, for each
additional address specified
