2 Supreme Court Rules Amendment (No. 5) No. 307, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Supreme Court Rules Amendment Order (No. 5) 1993 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Rules of the Supreme Court are amended as set out in this order. ˙ Amendment of Order 40 3. Order 40, rule 9— omit, insert— ‘Form of commission ‘9.(1) A commission to examine witnesses must be in Form 178 in Schedule 1. ‘(2) The form may include variations that the circumstances of the case require. ’. ˙ Amendment of Order 91 4. Order 91 (after rule 120)— insert— ‘Note about taxation of costs ‘121.(1) After costs have been taxed, a note about the taxation may be attached to the judgment or order in the case. ‘(2) If the note is attached, it must be in Form 513 in Schedule 1. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 5.(1) Schedule 1, Form 143— omit ( Title &c. as in Form No. 142 ) ’, insert (Title of cause or matter) ’.
