Court Act 1970.

Explanatory note

The object of these Rules is to provide that a notice of proceedings for the passing of accounts is to be published on the New South Wales Online Registry website.

1      Name of Rules

These Rules are the Supreme Court Rules (Amendment No 424) 2013.

2      Commencement

These Rules commence on 20 January 2014 and are required to be published on the

NSW legislation website.

Part 78, rule 79 Notice of proceedings

Omit rule 79 (2). Insert instead:

(2) The notice must be published on the New South Wales Online Registry
website.
