The Supreme Court Rule Committee has made the following rules of court under the Supreme

Court Act 1970.

Explanatory note

The object of these Rules is to provide that a notice of intended distribution of an estate is to be published on the New South Wales Online Registry website if it relates to a grant of representation which has been made or resealed by the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

1      Name of Rules

These Rules are the Supreme Court Rules (Amendment No 423) 2013.

2      Commencement

These Rules commence on 20 January 2014 and are required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Supreme Court Rules 1970

Part 78, rule 93 Form of notice of intended distribution

Omit rule 93 (a). Insert instead:

(a) if the notice relates to the intended distribution of the estate of a deceased person in relation to which a grant of representation has been made or resealed by the Court, on the New South Wales Online Registry website, or
