Explanatory note
The object of these Rules is to make minor amendments to Part 67 of the Supreme Court

Rules 1970 to replace certain outdated references to a repealed rule of that Part.

Omit “the return date of the notice of motion filed under rule 11A” from rule
12A (1).

Insert instead “the date fixed for the first directions hearing in the proceedings”.
