We, Judges of the Supreme Court, make the following Rules of Court under section 36 of the Supreme Court Act 1933.

Commencement
1. These Rules commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
Principal Rules
2. In these Rules, “Principal Rules” means the Supreme Court Rules.
Authority of Registrar
3. Rule 3 of Order 61 of the Principal Rules is amended by omitting paragraph (b).
Authority of Master
4. Rule 1 of Order 61A of the Principal Rules is amended by omitting paragraph (j).
Schedule 4
5. Schedule 4 to the Principal Rules is amended—
(a)by omiting item 16 and substituting the following item:
Copies 16 Of any document, or of multiple documents copied at the same time (a) for each of the first 10 copies 1.50 per page (b) for each additional copy (up to 100 copies) 0.60 per page (c) for each additional copy
(in excess of 100 copies)0.20 per page ; and
(b)by inserting after item 18 the following item:
Scanning 18A Of any documents, where it is not necessary to peruse 3.00 per page
or, if the number of pages exceeds 10, such additional amount as the taxing officer thinks fit.
