We, Judges of the Supreme Court, make the following Rules of Court under section 36 of the Supreme Court Act 1933.

Commencement
1. These Rules commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
Substitution
2. Rule 3 of Order 26 of the Supreme Court Rules is repealed and the following rule substituted:
Payment out of money remaining in Court
“3. (1) If money paid into Court is not taken out in accordance with rule 2, the money shall not be paid out except—
(a)with the consent of all parties to the action; or
(b)in pursuance of an order of the Court.
“(2) An order referred to in paragraph (1) (b) may be made at any time before, during or after the trial of the action.”.
