Supreme Court Act 1933

1. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Supreme Court (Remuneration) Amendment Regulations 2003 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day after their notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   These regulations amend the Supreme Court (Remuneration) Regulations 1995 .

5. Remuneration of acting judge

   Remuneration at the rate of 0.49% of the annual salary of a resident judge (other than the Chief Justice) is payable to an acting judge for each working day on which he or she exercises functions as acting judge.
