IIEREAS it is desirable to amend the Supreme Court Procedure Preamble. + 3 &A-

Amendil~cwt Act, No. 6 of 1853, by repealing clauses Nos. /p. 'Ay /yy

182 and 183--Ge it therefore Enacted by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council ancl House of Assembly of the said Province

in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. Clauses Nos. 182 and 183 of the Supreme Court Procedure Clauses l82 and l 8 3 of Act No. 6 of 18 63,

Amendmcnt Act, No. 5 of 1853, are hereby repealed. rcpealcd.

2. This Act may he cited as the " Supreme Court Procedure Short title of Act,

further Amendment Act of 1858."

Commencement of

3. This Act shall take effect from the passing thereof. Act.
