AN ACT to amend " The Supreme Court Ordin-
ance, 1861."

HEREAS it is expedient to amend c The Supreme Court
Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and withWOrdinance, 1861 ": Be it enacted by His Excellency the

follows:—
1. THAT the following words in section 16 of " The Supreme
