Supreme Court Forms Amendment Rules 2002

We, the Honourable WILLIAM JOHN ELLIS COX, Companion of the Order of Australia, Chief Justice, and the Honourable PETER GEORGE UNDERWOOD, the Honourable EWAN CHARLES CRAWFORD and the Honourable PETER ETHRINGTON EVANS, Puisne Judges of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, on the recommendation of the Rule Committee, make the following Rules of Court under the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932 .

1Short titleThese Rules of Court may be cited as the Supreme Court Forms Amendment Rules 2002 . 2CommencementThese Rules of Court take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RulesIn these Rules of Court, the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 are referred to as the Principal Rules. 4Schedule 1 amended (Forms) Schedule 1 to the Principal Rules is amended as follows: (a) by inserting in Part 1 after

Form 57 Judgment for claimant

the following items:

Form 57A	Notice of intention to appear upon return of application
Form 57B	Notice of submission to order upon return of application
Form 57C	Notice of intention to apply for admission by interstate practitioner
Form 57D	Certificate of compliance with Commonwealth Act
Form 57E	Oath or affirmation and form of roll where interstate practitioner or barrister elects not to appear in person

(b) by inserting the following forms after Form 57 in Part 2 : Form 57A Form 57B Form 57C Form 57D Form 57E
