Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Supreme Court Act 1933.

Commencement
1. (1) These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
(2) The amendments effected by regulations 3 and 4 shall be taken to have commenced on 1 April 1993.
Principal Regulations
2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations.
Repeal
3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is repealed.
Schedule
4. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting items 2, 3 and 6.
