Supreme Court (Fees) Amendment

Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Supreme Court (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Commercial Arbitration Act 2012 section 44 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Supreme Court (Fees)
Regulations 2002.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 Division 1 item 9:

(a) delete “2008 or the Commercial Arbitration Act 1985 —”

and insert:

2008, the Commercial Arbitration Act 1985 or the

Commercial Arbitration Act 2012 —

(b) in Note 3 delete “2008 or the Commercial Arbitration Act 1985”

and insert:

2008, the Commercial Arbitration Act 1985 or the Commercial

Arbitration Act 2012
