(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

Supreme Court (Fees) Amendment

Regulations 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Supreme Court (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Wills Amendment Act 2007 section 24 comes into operation.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Supreme Court
(Fees) Regulations 2002.

4.            Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 is amended by inserting after item 2 the following item

44

2A. For depositing a will or instrument under

the Wills Act 1970 section 44(1) 48.00
