Amendment Rules 2012

Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

1.             Citation

These rules are the Supreme Court (Corporations) (WA)

Ainentlhnent Rules 2012.

2.             Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows -

(a) rules I and 2 on the day on •hich these rules are

published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the rules on the day after that day.

3.              Rules amended

These rules amend the Supreme Court (Corpareilions) (WA)

Rules 2004.

In rule 5.10(2)(h) delete "in accordance with rule 2.1 1".

4.              Rule 2.11 deleted

Delete rule 2.11.

5.              Rule 3.4 amended

In rule 3.4(3)(h) delete "in accordance with rule 2.1 1

6.              Rule 5.6 amended

In rule 5.6(2)(h) delete "published in accordance •ith rule 2.11 —" and insert:

7.             Rule 5.10 amended

8.              Rule 5.11 amended

Delete rule 5.11(4) and insert:

(4) The notice must he in accordance with Form 11.

9.              Rule 6.2 amended

Delete rule 6.2(4) and insert:

(4) The notice must be in accordance with Form 12.

10. Rule 7.9 .t mended
Delete rule 7.9(3) and insert:
(4) The notice must be in accordance with Form 15.

11.            Rule 15A.b amended

(1) In rule 15A.6(1)(b) delete "in accordance with mule 2.11." and
insert:

in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State or place of business.

(2) In rule 15A.6(2) delete "rule 2.11." and insert:
su brule (1)(b).

12.           Rule 15A.7 amended

(1) In rule 15!l.7(1 )(d) delete "in accordance with ni le 2.1 1." and
insert:

in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State or place oFbusiness.

(2) In rule 15,.7(2) delete "rule 2.11." and insert:

(3) In rule 15A.7(3)(d) delete "in accordance with rule 2.1 1." and
insert:

13.           Rule 15A.9 amended

(1) In rule 15A.9(4)(b) delete "in accordance with rule 2.11." and
insert:
in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State or place of business.
(2) In rule 15 1.9(5) delete "rule 2.11." and insert:
subi , ule (4)(h).

14.           Schedule I amended

In Schedule I Form 9 delete "winding -up of [name of company]" and insert:

Winding-up of [name ofcoinpany and, if applicable, the wordy

'trading as' and any trading name or names of the company]

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Lotteries Commission (Designated

Authorities) 4niendn7enI Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these
regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)
the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Lotteries Commission (Designated
