Corporations Act 2001

1. Name of rules

   These rules are the Supreme Court (Corporations) Repeal Rules 2006.

2. Commencement

   These rules commence on the day after they are registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

3. Legislation repealed

   The Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 2003 are repealed.
