The object of these Rules is to revise a prescribed form for consent to act as a designated person under the Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 1999.

1      Name of Rules

These Rules are the Supreme Court (Corporations) Amendment (No 11)
Rules 2010.

2      Commencement

These Rules commence on the day on which they are published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 1999

Schedule 1 Forms

Omit “distribute” from Form 19.
Insert instead “*administer/*realise/*distribute”.
